Quality assurance

As an equipment supplier, all the products provided by BANGDE can be used normally, and provide product technical information (including product English instruction manual, certificate of conformity, etc.).

Supply and installation time

After signing the contract,  BANGDE carries out production to ensure a timely supply of goods. There are quality records and testing data for the manufacture and testing of products. For product performance testing, we have conducted a full-process and full-performance inspection of the product. The product will not be packed until the product is confirmed to be qualified.

Product delivery time

Delivery on time. If need to be completed in advance, BANGDE will try to organize production and installation earlier to strive to meet user needs.

Warranty commitment

BANGDE will provide 24-hour service on normal working days. During the validity period (except for wearing parts), life-long technical service support is available.

Response time

During the warranty period, if the product breaks down, it is guaranteed to make a handling opinion within 24 hours after receiving the objection raised by the user. If it needs to be solved on-site, it is guaranteed to send professional technicians, and the service personnel will not leave the site until the quality problem is not solved.

Spare parts

During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the damaged parts caused by quality reasons free of charge. If the parts are damaged outside the warranty period, only the cost will be charged for the parts provided. If the equipment is damaged caused to the human factors of the buyer, the supplier will supply the parts repaired or provided at cost.
