Production line configuration: the machine-made sand production line is composed of vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, sand-making machines, vibrating screens, etc. People use various types of equipment together to meet different requirements.

We use special equipment to sort, crush and screen many materials. The materials include waste concrete, masonry, industrial waste residue, etc.

Sand-making materials for machine-made sand usually include river pebbles, pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, sandstone, feldspar, andesite, rhyolite, etc. There are also differences in the strength and use of the manufactured sand.

Differences between “rock hitting rock” and “rock hitting iron”

“Stone-on-rock” is suitable for basalt and other medium-hard and abrasive materials. Under this working condition, the finished material has a better particle shape. It has slightly more powder content. It is suitable for shaping sand and gravel.

“Stone striking iron” is suitable for materials with less abrasiveness below medium hardness, such as limestone. ” In this working condition, the stone crushing efficiency is high. The finished product shape is poor. The wear cost of the surrounding guard plate is high. It is suitable for fine crushing and sand making.

How to choose dry, wet, and semi-dry artificial sand production processes

It depends on the area where the sand production line is located, the nature and cleanliness of the raw materials, the water resources, and the specific requirements for the sand powder content and fineness modulus. If production conditions allow, the first choice is dry production. The second choice is semi-dry production. The final choice is wet production.

We consider the dry method firstly, according to the size of the working area, equipment investment, processing cost, and difficulty of production management. The second choice is semi-dry. The final method is wet.

This sand-making production line is composed of a feeder, jaw crusher, and other equipment. As to sand-making equipment selection, it is an 1145 5X shaft sand-making machine and a 2670 2-layer vibrating screen with an output of 150 Tons/hour. Grinding production process

Each material processing equipment has its particular function. We make them play the best role in the material processing plant. It is convenient for customers to select and determine the appropriate equipment according to the special material processing field.

Stage 1: crushing

The material is evenly fed through the silo by the vibrating feeder, and crushed by the crusher.

Stage 2: sand making

Finely crushed materials enter the sand-making machine. The materials are ground by different methods such as stone-on-stone and stone-on-iron.

Stage 3: screening

After sand making machine’s grinding, materials come to the vibrating screen. Qualified materials enter the next process. The unqualified materials will be returned to the sand-making machine again.

Stage 4: sand washing

We get machine-made sand through the sand washing machine, dehydration screen, and sand washing recovery screen. Qualified machine-made sand can be cleaned and separated from the mud powder.
